OKLA becomes a leading Electric Two-Wheeler brand

OKLA Pakistan has rapidly positioned itself as one of the fastest-growing electric two-wheeler brands in the country, achieving remarkable progress within just one year of operations. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and modern retail practices, OKLA has successfully set new benchmarks in Pakistan’s evolving electric mobility sector.

The journey began in July 2024 with the inauguration of OKLA Pakistan’s first experience center in Lahore. This state-of-the-art facility introduced a modern and customer-centric culture to the two-wheeler business, allowing buyers to experience electric mobility firsthand. Following its success, OKLA expanded its footprint by launching additional experience centers in Islamabad and Karachi, all operating on the same premium and

standardized model. Alongside these centers, the brand has been rapidly expanding its dealership network across the country, making electric mobility more accessible to a wider audience.

Beyond retail growth, OKLA Pakistan has built a strong presence in the corporate and institutional sectors. Its client base includes government institutions, government-backed electric scooter schemes, and leading private-sector organizations. This diverse adoption reflects growing confidence in OKLA’s technology, reliability, and after-sales support.

One of the most significant milestones for OKLA Pakistan was its participation in the Pink Scooter Scheme launched by the Government of Sindh. Under this landmark initiative, OKLA Pakistan became the only electric two-wheeler brand selected to supply advanced electric scooters equipped with lithium-ion swappable battery technology. The electric scooters were formally handed over during the inaugural ceremony held on September 25, 2025, in Karachi, by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party. The scheme provides free electric scooters to students and working women across Sindh, empowering female riders with safe, affordable, and environmentally friendly transportation. Notably, this pioneering initiative remains exclusive to Sindh and has not yet been introduced by other provinces, making it a defining achievement for both the provincial government and OKLA Pakistan.

In 2025, the Government of Pakistan launched the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification Program (PAVE Scheme), a nationwide initiative aimed at promoting electric scooter adoption through bank leasing and self-financing options. OKLA Pakistan actively participated in this program by offering two variants, OKT and OMIGO, both powered by Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries, known for their durability and safety. The brand also ensured uninterrupted supplies to all its contractual and corporate partners, reinforcing its reputation for reliability.

OKLA products have also been adopted by key public-sector organizations. The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) inducted the OKLA OKG electric motorbike into its field operations to enhance vigilance and support eco-friendly waste management services. Similarly, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) selected the OKLA OKG—featuring dual swappable lithium-ion batteries—for use at major airports in Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, and Islamabad.

In October 2025, OKLA Pakistan signed a significant corporate agreement with Allied Paint Industries (Gobis Paints) in Lahore. Under this partnership, OKLA will supply OKLA OKT electric scooters with lithium-ion batteries to Gobis Paints’ sales staff across Punjab, further strengthening OKLA’s corporate footprint.

OKLA Pakistan has introduced its advanced Swappable Battery Cabinet at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS) 2025, marking a major leap in the country’s electric mobility ecosystem. As Pakistan’s pioneer in lithium-ion swappable battery technology, the company is redefining convenience by enabling electric two-wheeler users to swap batteries within seconds, making charging faster, smarter, and hassle-free.

Additionally, Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus, one of Pakistan’s largest pharmacy retail chains, has chosen OKLA electric two-wheelers for its staff as part of its commitment to environmentally friendly transportation. Many other multinational and corporate organizations are also transitioning to electric mobility, increasingly preferring OKLA products for their operational needs.

Strengthening its competitive edge further, OKLA Pakistan expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of three graphene battery-based electric two-wheelers. These new products have gained rapid market acceptance, placing OKLA in a strong and challenging position against competitors and driving impressive sales growth.

Marketing and consumer education remained a key focus throughout 2025. OKLA Pakistan actively participated in major auto shows across Lahore, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Faisalabad, and Karachi. These events enabled direct interaction with customers, helping them better understand electric two-wheelers, their benefits, and the latest technological advancements, while also allowing OKLA to gather valuable market feedback.

Within just a year, OKLA Pakistan has established itself as a key driver of electric two-wheeler adoption, combining innovation, trust, and sustainability to shape the future of mobility in Pakistan.
