EDB host Seminar on Pakistan’s first fully automated Lithium-Iron (LFP) Battery plant

The Engineering Development Board (EDB), in collaboration with Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), successfully organized a seminar featuring a detailed presentation on Pakistan’s first fully automated Lithium-Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery manufacturing facility.

The seminar showcased key advancements in smart manufacturing, modern energy storage systems, and clean energy innovation. Speakers emphasized the project’s role in strengthening local industrial capacity, promoting technology-driven manufacturing, and supporting Pakistan’s transition toward sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
