Pacific Green Energy launches Electric Vehicles in Pakistan for a Greener Future

Pakistan has taken a major step toward a sustainable future with the launch of  Electric Scooters, Electric Auto Rickshaws, and 3-Wheeler Electric Cargo Loaders   by the country’s newest electric vehicle Company, Pacific Green Energy. The initiative aims to promote eco-friendly and cost-effective transportation options for daily commuters.

Prof. Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, attended the inauguration event. Demonstrating his support for the green initiative,   the minister took a ride on an Electric Scooter, symbolizing the Country’s commitment to the global electric mobility revolution.  

Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal stressed the importance of such collaborations in addressing Pakistan’s technological and environmental challenges. He pointed out that pollution remains a critical concern in the country’s transportation industry, and the introduction of electric vehicles could be a game-changer.

 Gong Cunheng, Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Green Energy, addressed the audience, emphasizing that the company’s establishment marks a new era in Pakistan’s pursuit of sustainable transportation.  The launch introduces a range of electric vehicles designed to provide an affordable and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional fuel-powered transport. The Company aims to make electric mobility accessible to the public while significantly reducing carbon emissions and promoting green technology practices.
